Kendall Lovett: Hello, everyone. Thanks for joining us. This November, Morning, afternoon, evening? We're gonna give it just a second for a few more people to trickle in here. And then we will get rolling.

Kendall Lovett: Alright. Let’s get started. This is going to be a quick, live webinar today. We're going to take about 30 minutes to give you an overview of some new DataGrail product capabilities, in a product called Risk Register.

Kendall Lovett: When we think about what executive teams care about, these are two interesting reports from Gartner that you're seeing on the screen, whereas we look at 2025 CEO survey, the quote was, you know, risk is back in the top 10 priorities for the first time, I'll add, for CEOs since 2021, as regulatory changes and cybersecurity threats challenge competitiveness.

Kendall Lovett: One of the trends that we're seeing in 2026 is that privacy risk has really evolved, and the visibility of it has also increased for a couple of different reasons.

Kendall Lovett: We're also seeing that IDC called out that while a lot of organizations are concerned about customer-facing privacy risks, there are a lot of internal risks that organizations need to evaluate.

Kendall Lovett: Overall, there's a feeling of a lack of visibility. So it’s challenging to prioritize and take action to resolve these risks.

Kendall Lovett: This is not just about a GDPR fine anymore; it’s about the risk of not staying on top of privacy demands and emerging regulations.

Kendall Lovett: According to a recent study from Norton Rose Fulbright, in the US, organizations can expect around a 20-40% chance that they will be litigated for privacy noncompliance in 2026.

Kendall Lovett: There's also a concern that privacy issues can damage a brand and cause negative impacts like customer attrition.

Kendall Lovett: With rising AI investment, the top concern that AI projects fail due to lack of understanding where sensitive personal information is located in organizations, affecting rollout and success.

Kendall Lovett: DataGrail is taking a unified risk intelligence approach. We cover all major use cases for privacy teams including data mapping, consent management, and now, risk assessments, enabling privacy managers to identify, prioritize, and resolve privacy risks effectively.

Kendall Lovett: The aim is to help organizations strengthen their privacy posture, reduce risk, and improve business impacts through consumer trust.

Kendall Lovett: This unique integration provides instant visibility into sensitive data collection across your business. We focus on providing a comprehensive approach to help privacy professionals manage risks seamlessly through automated workflows.

Lisa Wang: Hi, everyone. As mentioned, my name is Lisa. I'm here to introduce our new Risk Register product. Moving from reactive compliance to proactive risk management is our goal.

Lisa Wang: Our platform is designed to proactively discover and prioritize privacy risks including AI usage, data processing, and vendor security gaps.

Lisa Wang: In this new product, Alex, a privacy manager, receives notifications about risks flagged to her, helping her manage and report on critical privacy issues effectively.

Lisa Wang: Our AI agent does the heavy lifting, pinpointing the risks and providing context about each flagged item, enabling quicker assessments and approvals.

Lisa Wang: By enabling a seamless workflow from risk detection to logging and mitigation, we are ensuring accountability and efficiency throughout the process.

Lisa Wang: And this transformation allows Alex to confidently manage her organization's privacy landscape without the chaos of manually updating spreadsheets.

Lisa Wang: The Risk Register’s goal is to evolve into an intelligent system that automates the entire risk management lifecycle, making it easier for organizations like yours to manage privacy risks efficiently.

Kendall Lovett: Thank you for your time. Please reach out if you would like to learn more about managing your privacy program effectively.
