This page documents all customer-facing changes to the DataGrail application made in October 2023. Additional entries will be added every week on Friday.

## Week of October 30

### 🛠 Changes Made
- Improved handling of rate limiting for integrations on privacy requests.
- Removed the sub-region dropdown on intake forms for sub-regions that are not specifically tied to a Request Policy.
- Updated the name of the Segment Profiles integration to Segment Engage & Unify.

### 🐛 Bugs Squashed
- Fixed an issue in which the Typeform would fail on some Privacy Requests.
- Fixed an issue in which Azure Active Directory would be rate limited and fail to retrieve all data for System Detection.

## Week of October 23

### 🛠 Changes Made
- Improved the reliability of the Google Apps Integration when pulling System Detection data.
- Improved reliability of the Discourse Integration on Privacy Requests.
- Updated the Intercom Integration to avoid rate limiting when pulling System Detection data.

### 🐛 Bugs Squashed
- Fixed Contributors Table content alignment and Assessment title overflow in Risk Monitor.
- Fixed an issue in which the Fullstory Integration would error for non-standard data subject emails.

## Week of October 16

### 🛠 Changes Made
- Direct Contact Integrations are no longer separate from API Integrations. Direct Contact Capabilities can now be configured for any integration.
- On active Privacy Requests, users can now upload files to expired Direct Contact Integrations directly through the app.
- Reduced the number of API calls made to Wufoo for access requests.

### 🐛 Bugs Squashed
- Resolved an issue in which some parent Internal Systems Integrations incorrectly showed as disconnected.
- Resolved an issue which the "Date Detected" in the System Inventory was not displaying correctly.
